Powerhouse Reformer

Focuses on foundation, alignment, and strength that brings the Pilates practice to the next level.

The Reformer is where every Pilates journey begins. It teaches proper centering and alignment, introduces core strength and control, and reforms the body to the ideal shape and posture.

Uncover the holistic practice that Pilates uniquely brings to the body. Go through a series of exercises with the Reformer and discover how the powerhouse is used in all forms of bodily movement.



Wunda & Mat Combo

Works the arms, butt, and legs with strong emphasis on core connection.

The Wunda Chair and the Mat are the simplest yet most challenging apparatus in the entire studio. In essence, their simplicity requires students to work their core with extra effort, control, and attention.
​
This program entails an experienced body with sufficient core connection and endurance. Enhance the arms, butt, and legs and challenge your body with the Wunda & Mat Combo.


Tower & Magic Circle Combo
Group | Tower and Mat (w/ Magic Circle) | • - -
Whole body workout that improves posture and functional fitness.

All to be done on the Mat, this program is an acceptable class for first- timers with little to no experience. Attached directly to the Mat, the Tower allows students to experience the Cadillac in a more compact arrangement.
With the added accessory of the Magic Circle, strengthen through stretch as you work through a series of exercises that are highly beneficial to core control and postural alignment.



Athletic Conditioning (Performance Class)

Fabulous for Racquet sports, Golf, and other athletes that will bring their core training up a notch.

Feel the benefits that Pilates could do to your body during pregnancy through our clinically-safe exercises, with the guidance of our well-trained Movement Specialists.


Reformer Stretch (Active Isolated Stretching)

Focusing on lengthening the muscles actively using the Reformer, good from active recovery from a sport.

Ped-o-Pull Wunda

Join us for a Ped-o-Pull Pilates class that focuses on centering, breathing, and strengthening your postural muscles.
Using the Ped-o-Pull apparatus, you can release neck and shoulder tension while improving body alignment. Develop a deeper mind-body connection through controlled movements and exercises, engaging your core and improving balance. Incorporate breathwork to synchronize your breath with movements, promoting relaxation and focus.
This class helps improve posture, release tension, and enhance your Pilates practice in a supportive environment.


Jumpboard Reformer
