A One-on-One Private Session is a fully personalized Pilates session conducted exclusively between one client and one instructor, allowing for focused guidance, precise corrections, and a program tailored to the client’s individual goals, needs, and abilities.
Private Group sessions, offered in Duo or Trio formats, allow two or three clients to train together with one instructor while still receiving attentive cueing and individualized adjustments. These sessions balance personalized instruction with a shared experience, making them ideal for friends, couples, or family members who want a more intimate, supportive way to practice Pilates together.


PRE AND POST NATAL
